Where do you ship from?

All online orders are shipped from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. 

I live in Ottawa, can I pick up my order?

Yes! The pick-up option is available. Orders can be picked up at Arts Court Studio, 2 Daly Ave, Ottawa, Ontario.  

Is there a brick-and-mortar shop?

For a limited time during the festival, a physical storefront will be set up at Arts Court, 3rd Floor. 

For the rest of the year, the aniboutique sells festival merchandise exclusively online through aniboutique.ca.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through Canada Post and Purolator. Shipping fees and any required tariffs will apply.
